This full-time position is perfect for the individual who is creative, has experience teaching a variety of ages, and is knoweldgeable about wildlife and ecosytems. The ideal candiate will lead high-quality, hands-on environmental education lessons for school groups on site and on location as well as create science and nature curricula for the Nature Center's on-site programs, camps, and events. Must be computer savy and love working with people and animals. Experience/knowledge in graphic design and/or video production is a plus. Must have a Bachelor's degree in environmental science, education, or related field. Previous experience working with children is required.
