Whose Eggs Are in That Nest?

Children will learn how to identify local bird eggs and nests. We will search for robin and Canada goose nests in the RNC forest. Children will have the opportunity to create their own bird nest inspired by Rye’s common birds.

Registration will open three to four weeks before the program date

Workshops are for children ages 3.5 through 10 years old, unless noted otherwise. Children should be prepared to spend most of their day outside, bring lunch, and dress for the weather.
